Hello all, I'm on the fence with this one, I'm guessing PMD but hoping for RPD... I'm focusing on the 9 in the date. Any input is appreciated!

Im thinking the same as you are. Very hard to tell, but Id say RPD

Sorry to say...it's some kind of ejection damage, aka "MD"
IHC RPDs have clear separation with the final digit punching.
Think about it how the date would be punched into the die; the punch would obliterate anything inside the last impression.
