Found this in a roll at my work, can you tell me if it is indeed a capped die, capped die strike...etc. and if so what is the value of it? I know its not PMD ... the reverse side is slightly inverted towards the center and is almost cup like or button like I guess ... the obverse is dome shaped, you can actually take the coin and spin it with the obverse side down like a top! I found it in perfect condition (aside from the obvious craziness ook to the coin) but havent taken great care of it..I am new to the coin collecting thing, been searching for doubled dies ever since I lost the elusive 1969 doubled die ( a customer gave me the 1969 s, I refered to it as a " cartoon penny" and had no clue what I had was valuable, I put it in the register and some lucky customer got it .... Two weeks later I happend to find a Buffalo nickel looked up the value and saw a 1969 doubled die being number one most valuable. I feel like an idiot... Ever since I have been collecting minor ddos and errors. Getting back to the topic : pics are attached , and I'd really like to know how much it could be sold for. Thanks,
-Jennifer
