definitely the same coin. it's the only vdb I have. yes, the rev is definitely weakly struck. most evident along the upper portion, along the motto and "ONE"

Could indeed be MS. BTW, look upper-ear. At one point, we had hundreds of these. That upper-ear isn't circulation wear, it's rather a different, less-defined, die. If you look at a lot of these, you'll notice, there's another die that shows much better detail in that area. You also have strong initials (what would otherwise be described as, a "strong V.D.B.").
