It's about 2 1/2" in diameter and almost 3/16" thick. It appears to be made of copper.Front bears the words ADVENTVI PRINCIPIS FOELICISSIMO at the top and NEAPOLIS 1702 at the bottom. The back of the coin reads PHILIPPVS V HISPANIARVM ET VTRIVSQ : SIGL :REX (some damage to the coin in this area).

Here are some pictures. Anyone have any idea what I have here? I found it in an old box of my grandmother's things and have no information about it other than the coin itself.

It's a bronze medal, made as a souvenir of King Philip V of Spain's visit to Naples. Very nice coin.

They sell for around $450-$600.
