I went to B of A and bought a box of dimes( paper) and nickels(paper, my finds
Dimes
1947
1953
Nickels
1944
1943 (IN THE SAME ROLL)
Than when I went to TD to dump, I ask for a box of dimes...

They only had $50, but guess what, PLASTIC ROLLS, It takes me about 30 seconds to look through the 10 rolls and I give back 9 of them but keep the one with the SHINY SILVER EDGE, It turns out to be A 1964 in VG condition.
I love dimes. I never got this kind of rush with Cents.
Oh I also did a box of halves and didn't find anything, I don't think eastern rolls of Halves produce that much of a profit.

Also is this a good trade? I traded a Junk Merc for a G 1936 Buff. Nickel and a very worn 1911 V nickel (you can only see half the stars and you can barely see the united states of america?

Thanks

Eric

Good finds! I think you got a good trade considering the dime is worth $2.35 and the Buff is worth about $1.50 and the Liberty is worth about $1

at the coin show you can usually find 1936 buffalos cheap., like under a dollar, and junk Liberty nickels for under a dollar.
the dime is based on silver spot. The trade wasn't bad and wasn't good. I think if you are pleased with what you got, then you did well
As far as the dimes, I hear ya. I love searching dimes, they are by far my favorite denomination to search these days.
congrats on the finds
