Hi everyone I have been giving this late Roman from Siscia the peroxide treatment for about a week now, and it has been working well. But now that I have about enough detail to possibly get a positive ID I need some help. Despite the unfortunate scratch on the emperor's face, might you guys be able to tell me who this is and what exactly is being depicted on the reverse? Thanks!

Think I got it:

Valentinian I
Obv: DN VALENTINIANVS PF AVG
Rev: GLORIA ROMANORVM, Emperor holding labarum, dragging captive, Gamma(?) SIS in exergue

From the bust, I'd have to say RIC 14.

JangoFett- Awesome! I just checked Wildwinds, and I think that we have a match! Thanks for the help!

So I paid $4 for this one. Do you think that I got my money's worth despite the scratch? Well, Even if not due to the damage, it has been fun to revive this coin.

Great! This was actually my first time attributing someone else's coin by myself! As for the value, I think you did ok, not like a spectacular deal, but ok. But since you seem to like the coin, and had fun cleaning it up, I think you got your money's worth
