I found it on my packet change and it seems to be missing a mm .

It appears like the mintmark is there but is part of the damage so it is hard to see.

The MM is there it's either PMD or grease filled.

Im starting to think its a variety of 1992 becauseni have found around the web many people are trying to find out about this coin ! I ll save for now it may became kind of 1992 wead D,P or no D,P just like on the LWC !

I believe the 1992 quarters had their mintmarks punched right into the master hub, so.. I'm going with filled die, with grease or what-not

The mintmark has been damaged, it should be to the right of the pony tail at the precise location of that mark.
