Looks like EF-45. The are quite common. Do a quick search on ebay, chances re you'll find several for sale in mint state condition, for only a few bucks.

'79s are notorious for that. I remember a number of years ago a dealer would send a free MS one with a little write-up about them and put at the end, 'value is one cent' or something to that effect. I think they are still neat finds though.
The only coin that is hard to find from that year is the ENTIRE date doubled (doubled 1979), probably the last coins struck by those rapidly deteriorating dies. I have only ever found three in 7 years of roll searching.
