I was fortunate to find this coin in my holdings. I sent it into NGC and it came back EF45 which is of course even better.
Is this coin truly scarce as suggested by CherryPickers Guide?
Would you hang on to it or sell?

Probably an $800 to $1000 coin? I personally would sell it....I'm not into errors and variations. I would use the money to help complete my Walker album.
