Gil-galad Pillar of the Community United States 2044 Posts	Posted 10/23/2011 2:35 pm I realize this is a commemorative, however I would give it a lower grade lower than mint state because it has a lot of scratches and the luster appears to be slightly dull in the photo. But it is hard to tell many things in a photo. I've noticed that while trying to figure out how to take coin photos, lately. I'm also by no means an expert in this series or even at grading. It doesn't look like the coin was taken good care of. So, I'm going to say AU-50. Report this Post to the Staff
