I would say ms 62 also. This coin is the Carver / Washington, there is another design that is called the Booker T. Washington.

I realize this is a commemorative, however I would give it a lower grade lower than mint state because it has a lot of scratches and the luster appears to be slightly dull in the photo. But it is hard to tell many things in a photo. I've noticed that while trying to figure out how to take coin photos, lately.

I'm also by no means an expert in this series or even at grading.

It doesn't look like the coin was taken good care of. So, I'm going to say AU-50.

This is a MS-65. The luster is great in person- maybe not so much based on the photo.
