Hello Everyone.. Here is the Pic for the 1919 s US
Error Penny.No L in Liberty and No IN in IN GOD WE TRUST
and 1919 is 19 is Doubled.The S mint mark is Dounbled
The Coin is 17-22 degrees OFF from back and Front Pic
Allingment.Is this a US MINT ERROR? and How RARE for
a coin this old? God Bless..

How else could you get 1919 if you didn't double the 19? Lol just kidding, we would need better pics to give you a better idea of what you have and

This is a very very worn coin. The L has merged into the rim due to the extreme wear on the coin. I'm not sure how you can tell the mintmark is doubled with this much wear on the coin. Would need a much closer picture, and that may not even confirm anything with so much wear. I can't see the motto well enough either to determine anything there. The alignment probably isn't off enough to make much difference. Usually people looking for rotated dies prefer a rotation of 45 degrees or more. Hope this helps you out.

I don't understand your logic. Wear generally affects all coins of the same Year/Type the same. Especially 100 years of wear.
