Ebay Pulled Auctions On 2011 American Eagle Sets...odd?

Curious why I kept seeing listings on ebay pulled for the 2011 American Eagle set...I just could not figure out why some listings stayed up, and, others were pulled by ebay(it gave some sort of message when you clicked the auction page, a removal statement)..
Did any one else notice this, and, find out a reason why?
