I submitted 8 coins to PCGS for evaluation, 2 of them returned with No Decision / Refund ( 1833 20 Drachma GREECE Gold Coin and 1856-M Sovrano ITALY Gold Coin), is there anybody creditable who can evaluate these coins, not even may be grade but at least verify their authenticity?

I would send them to NGC. I haven't been impressed with PCGS for grading world coins.

second vote for NGC.

The purpose of TPG is to decide cases of questionable coins. If they quit when the coins are questionable, what good are they?
