I don't consider these two as part of the set, and I really wish I had the Dansco without those two. If I can find one in decent condition I'm going to get it and switch them over. Right now I am concentrating on the 7070, so those four holes will be there for a while unless I find an irresistible deal on one or more of them. Never say never at a coin show! I had the 1999 set and was offered the 2000 through 2008 State Quarter proofs for such a good deal that for a moment I thought I should try talking him UP!! A nice State Quarter album w/territories, a complete P&D set of National Park Quarters, and get this, 3 years of the elusive S mint Business strikes!
