Among other things, I picked this up today at the Summer FUN show.

I thought this Jeff was pretty darn nice, but apparently it wasn't real exciting, as I won it for a whopping $9.23.

I bought a 1916 Barber dime and a 1881 Indian Head penny from an antique store nearby.

This isn't a US Coin but it's in (they are in) the back of the Red Book and it kind of wraps up my modern commemorative/medals adventure.
Two medal set. 1988 Young Astronauts - American in Space
Silver and Bronze medals. Other recent purchase from the back pages were the 2011 September 11 National Medal and the 1976 Silver Thomas Jefferson - Declaration of Independence.

Been awhile since I have picked up anything but I've picked these up over the last couple of days.

My first graded Morgan. I've always wanted one. I won it for $62 total and NGC has it listed as being worth $90 so not too shabby!

I've never been a huge fan of "tarnished" silver coins but they are starting to grow on me. Picked up these Morgans today.

I got a 1895-O Morgan in AU55 yesterday. It might still be online so you can see it. It was selling for $2500 but I did not pay that much. I threw out some offers. I have seven Morgans left to complete the set, but I am trying to get them in at least XF condition. Even those are expensive when you talk about 1893-S and 1889CC.

Picked up this cool quarter folder recently. Paid slightly over melt for it and the $5 in silver quarters. I'm going to leave the quarters right inside where they belong. It has a copyright date of 1955.

That Home Savings and Loan folder takes me back. I think they had those for the March of Dimes and maybe Unicef too.
In Catholic School we had something like that too for some cause. Pretty neat.
anyway ... earlier I posted the Unc Young Astronauts Set / Americans in Space.

Guess I couldn't have the Uncirculated set without buying the proofs.
Got a little spaced out there I suppose.
