A really frosty mint Morgan dollar will always be something beautiful to behold. I see why these are the most popular American coins for collectors. Too bad the really scarce ones are just so darn expensive. I lack 6 coins to complete my set and I can not even afford to get them all in AU50. I hate to have dull and lusterless coins in my set. I bought some place holders recently for $20 each. I wonder if common Morgans will beat out Silver Eagles over time? |

Nothing special, except it's one of the harder states to find in a sample/promotional slab for my collection of 51 or 56...  Leaves me with 4 to go on the first 51... The gold $10 coin is a winner. Beautiful type coin but it would be expensive to try and fill a set. All the photos are beautiful and really works of art.

Nice stuff Nickle Guy! I'll take gold and silver over a boat any day. Just leave me my fishing rods. Plucked this seated up for cheap. Summertime really is the best time to buy coins.   |

Not "classic" (yet) but there is no equivalent thread in Modern for these, so here ya go. $6.98 total for both these lots, with $0.99 shipping. Looks like someone selling out old dealer stock. Not high-end coins, but I can fill a couple more 7103 holes with some of these and replace a couple of cleaned/cull hole-fillers with nicer circulated coins.
