1998 Norfed Shelter System Silver Round

I know they told one guy that was wanting to display a whole set of them at a coin show for educational purposes they they would be confiscated if he did. You used to be able to keep these type of things for education but not these coins for some reason, they seem to be trying to wipe them completely off the planet Report this Post to the Staff

They were minted from Oct 1998 to Dec 1998. They changed the reverse for fear most people would be baffled/confused by the symbols on it, and it would'nt catch on.
