I just wanted to take the moment to thank the TPG companies for their time and effort in expertly grading my coins. I am new to collecting (raw coins) and have recently purchasd my first grading book and magnifying glass...

Today, I went into a coin dealer to have him grade some Morgan silver dollars I have been practicing with to learn to grade.

In his opinion I had:
1 - Good, 1 - VG, 3 - Fine, and 3 - VF, the best one was 1921 BU. I scored about 50% based on his grades. He did asked me if I wanted to sell him the coins for a range of $5 - $7 dollars each. Told him no thanks, but I did purchase about $20 worth of supplies for his time in grading the coins for me.

So, thank you TPG companies & this entire site. I know this is just one situation, but this is after I been on this site for a few months now. Can't wait til I finish reading my coin books and been on this sites for a year or more.

That's good to hear K.G.

It's amazing the amount of info you can pick up from this site. I have only been here about 10 months and I have learnt heaps.
