I almost spend it on a scratch off, thought it was a radar note, then looking it closely this could be a liar poker note.

OK, I have to show my paper money ignorance; what is radar or radra note? I looked in the Glossary, no joy.

JackB a radar is like 12344321 it can be read from left to right or right to left and is the same number both ways.

Just like the word radar is the same forward and back. Since this note started with 75 and ended with 75 I changed it to radra jokingly.
