A young Queen Victoria on small holed brass token, maybe a game marker? Reeded edge 19 mm.
Holes punched xx HANOVER (soldier on horse trampling dragon) and date 1830 Could this be a city (Stadt) token? The date and reeded edge make me curious.
Yep, it's another variety of 19th century card game counter. The article linked to in your other recent thread mentions these pieces, too.
These items are known as "Cumberland Jacks", named after the Duke of Cumberland who appears on the reverse. The "1830" date is fictitious, since Victoria didn't become "Her Most Glorious Majesty the Queen" until 1837. For another example and the story behind the design, see this thread.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
