huckles888 Valued Member Australia 146 Posts	Posted 11/16/2011 01:36 am Hope this is the correct Forum - Am not a regular poster to CCF as I spend most of my time on SCF Have just recently came across a note collection that I have had in storage for a number of years Its a bit of a mixed bag Most of the notes are from African countries (e.g Gambia, Botswana, Equatorial Guinea etc) and there are several early decimal and late pre-decimal notes (none have the Coombes/Randall signature variety unfortunately) Quick question What is the best online resource to get an idea of the current catalogue values for the Aussie notes (most would be graded UNC I believe)? In2Fish2 Valued Member Australia 124 Posts	Posted 01/19/2012 10:42 am If I wanted to get an idea of what my notes are worth on line I'd check out e-Bay. The best way to get a rough idea of what any coin or banknote is worth is to get your hands on a publication called "Australian Coins And Banknotes" by Greg McDonald. His valuations are on the high side but will give you an idea at least. Hope this helps. Report this Post to the Staff
