Hope this is the correct Forum - Am not a regular poster to CCF as I spend most of my time on SCF

Have just recently came across a note collection that I have had in storage for a number of years

Its a bit of a mixed bag

Most of the notes are from African countries (e.g Gambia, Botswana, Equatorial Guinea etc) and there are several early decimal and late pre-decimal notes (none have the Coombes/Randall signature variety unfortunately)

Quick question

What is the best online resource to get an idea of the current catalogue values for the Aussie notes (most would be graded UNC I believe)?

Thanks in advance and I hope to be a more regular poster

If I wanted to get an idea of what my notes are worth on line I'd check out e-Bay.

The best way to get a rough idea of what any coin or banknote is worth is to get your hands on a publication called "Australian Coins And Banknotes" by Greg McDonald. His valuations are on the high side but will give you an idea at least. Hope this helps.

Post a few pic's here and I'm sure that someone will be able to give you a ballpark valuation on the Aussie notes
