Found this in my desk a Cuba 1999 by looking at it I saw that the date was double 999 also the word Diez.

The coin illustrated is what is called a "Strike Double". It is a form of mechanical damage caused when a die bounces - usually due to a worn press or a loose die. It is EXTREMELY common and often REDUCES the numismatic value of a coin.
