The photos are too fuzzy, I could go as low as XF - MS on from what I can tell from these photos.You need to see the details above the ear, on the cap for the OBV and the leaves on the wreath as well as the feathers on the breast and wings. It looks like its a higher grade coin.

I say that it would be at least AU with a good chance of being MS. The coin looks harshly cleaned but I don't know if that is just in the pictures.

Does not look cleaned in hand. Has alot of luster...just cant get it to show in a pic. Working on a photo rig and it is a bit frusterating!
