I posted this thread in the world coins forum, but got no responses and thought maybe someone in here may know...

Does anybody know where to find authentic platinum pandas? I am looking for 1/20 oz pandas, but would also be interested in anything up to 1/2 oz.

The only place I can seem to find them is on ebay. I just read the recent post about all the fakes on there, so needless to say I am very hesitant to bid there.

APMEX sell these and other, but the premium is usually high and are limited to specific interested collectors, and are authentic.

When I insert the link somehow is not allowed or working properly, so Google APMEX and look for the platinum section.

The Chinese Coins Forum would be more informative. Many panda collectors there should be more than willing to point you the right way. They also keep tabs on the fake panda listings and sellers on ebay.

I searched for the Chinese Coins Forum you recommended, and I am not sure which one you are talking about. Is it within the Coin Community Forums somewhere, and I'm just not seeing it?

not sure if I'm breaking rule referring out, but they are the expert on pandas while few posts are brought up on this forum
Just google "chinese coin forum" and it should be the first link
