I have a question regarding the 10th anniversary set I was hoping someone couuld help me with.

When I bought this set from the mint it came in a "different" box with a note stating there was a delay in manufacturing of the special presentation cases. Eventually, I received the felt case.

I haven't seen an email address for the mint to ask them the questions below. Any help would be appreciated.

*Were all the Anniversary sets sent out in this tempoarary case?
*Was it used for initial batches sent out or possibly after they ran out of the specified felt cases?

Both of my sets came in the normal official presentation cases, and mine was an early order as I recall...I do remember the announcements about the delay in official presentation cases during the ear, and the temporary ones that were used being replaced later on by the usmint

No, all of mine were shipped in the presentation case.

Does it matter? My orders were early, middle and late and all of mine were shipped in the presentation cases. Perhaps you could take a picture of that "different box" I'd be curious to see what it looks like.

Also, I doubt the mint would answer these questions anyway or they would make something up. They are busy making GW Dollars :)

You're probably right that it doesn't matter. Still.. I'm somewhat curious about its history and whether others have it also.
