1910 Not So Large Cent?

Found this over the weekend. Never seen anything like this before. It's a large cent that looks like it was cut around the perimeter but it doesn't show any signs of being "cut". No abrasion marks on the edge. No extra metal or burs on one side, no file marks.

Never seen anything like it. Just wanted to share.

Any thoughts?

Can you take any close up photos, of the letters of the legend where they meet the edge of the coin?

I'm not good at taking pictures but will try tonight. Haven't had much time to look at this coin but like I said before, doesn't seem to have any flat spots on the rim, (without using a loop anyway). The reverse design is cut just like the front.
Will try to post some more pics tonight or first thing in the morning.
