Have been spending time going through bank rolls. Tonight I came across this and was going to dismiss as a PMD. But I look at the reverse and notice something a little different. I'm not sure what this is since I am still learning.As usual, thank you everyone for the responses.

It's PMD. I would venture to guess it was squeezed together with another coin in a vise.

That did cross my mind, but felt there would be some distortion of some kind to the rim if squeezed together. But the rim shows no evidence of this.

There's damage to the rim at two points.
