LOL that is just completely ridiculous. Also note the 1828 bust dime behind one of the gold dollars.

On one hand, I would love to see what is actually in the roll. Not that I would ever pay 300+ to find out in this case. On the other hand, why would the seller sell a roll that has gold dollars on each end without looking at the rest of the roll. Something just does not smell right...

The auction ended at $455.00 plus $4.99 shipping. If those gold coins are real, one would think the seller would take them out and not sell the roll as unsearched.

They are likely details grade 1853p's so worth about 150 ish a piece on ebay.

What's with the bidding--do people really think there are more gold coins in that roll?
Oh, I get it--the rest of the roll are IHCs, 1877 and 1909-S. How could I be so stupid?
