Do you think Australia will ever get it's own coins site?

Australian coins are not my main interest. CCF is just fine for me!

Nevertheless, Australian forums exist within the CCF, and a few other good sites around the World. At least Australians get to see how the rest of the World thinks, and gives Australians a good international outlook on numismatics.

Before joining this site I searched for an Australian Coin site/forum without success. It appears that there have been a few attempts to start them going but they just haven't been able to attract enough people to keep them viable.

I would like an Australian Coin site but in it's absence CCF fills the need

this site is well set up, I see nothing wrong with it, except that most of the auction links lead to american sellers.

Many thanks to the CCF!
Without the CCF, it seems that an Australian SUB forum would not exist, either.
But with the CCF, access to at least an Australian sub forum seems to be assured.

My numismatic interests are MUCH wider than just things Australian, and so the CCF ideally suits my needs.
Besides, I like the way the CCF is run, and I like the people in it.

These are the three main reasons why I have a compatatively large number of posts over a relatively short period.

Yeah I hear ya..fills a hole, LOL. If you combine this post with my where are you post it explains a lot and so do a lot of comments.

But it would still be nice if Australia could make it on it's own for a change.

Thanks to all for your comments

But would you get enough people to support an Aussie site?

Aussiegrading, that's exactly my point and why I posted this to see how many etc. No we wouldn't with a dozen people it's just not viable.
