The 21 is one of my three missing from my walker set, some day I will find the right one. Your grading assessment is right on for both coins.

Agree with the 1921, G4. But the 1921S could make a VG-8.

G-4+/G-6 on the first one
F-12 on the 1921-S, they are weakly struck.
