I just checked the US Mint's website product and it does state Nov. 6th for the release of the next P puck. Thanks for the heads up Angel!

You're welcome. I hope to be able to get mine soon enough. I really hope they think about lowering the price since silver spot as compared to the 154.95 cost. In the booklet I received, no price was listed for these coins. I thought maybe a hopeful thing! Other items were priced in the booklet. I guess maybe we can keep our fingers crossed for a lower price. Any thoughts on a price change?

Guess that idea is by the wayside, the price is online as 154.95. I may wait and see for a bit to see if the price is lowered. I will keep track of the number sold weekly. My guess is that it will be much lower then the rest of 2014, but who knows. Those that subscribed just for that wonderful discount, like myself, may have canceled due to losing the lower cost.

If sold at $159, which is roughly $74.10 over todays' melt, x 30,000 coins is not quite, but, about a $2, 250,000.00. profit...I did cancel all my subsciptions, and, will buy on demand. Not having the 10% hurts, especially with silver so much lower than earlier in year. 6 month chart shows $21.43 in July, now down to $17.18, a 20% drop.

Yeah I totally agree. Two EVG-P is already budgeted for, but with no discount AND the holidays coming up, the buy might be pushed back until January. I bought four of the Everglades bullion pucks earlier this week at $103.25 each, so there's no huge incentive to pay $154.95 now for them. Will watch the weekly numbers so as not to miss out.

That's what I am doing as well. There is a huge difference in cost between the bullion and uncirculated now and I and just going to wait and see. I will keep my fingers crossed for a price reduction. I remember when Gettysburg was first day of sale. In a few days was taken off avail for sale and the price reduced. That's when I started to purchase this series. So maybe?

After all, they were selling many coins all year with a discount when silver spot was a bit higher.

Hi was wondering if anyone would be able to give some advice on the ATB 5 ozers. If I wanted to collect just a few of the favorite designs or parks of mine what type (bullion, uncirculated, etc.) would be the best to get quality wise? It would probably only be 2 or 3 coins and so jw people's opinion on what type of them to get. THanks! |

Those from this year aside from the Smokey Mtn, are avail at the mint at 154.95 yet. I don't buy from online companies but I'm sure many here will be able to guide you. Also, remember a few of these are low issue (Hawaii Acadia and Alaska) thus, command a much higher price. Hopefully, these aren't the ones you desire.

I was hoping the Mint would lower the price of their silver offerings soon but I believe the Mint will wait to lower prices on next years offerings if silver stays at these prices. And what they'll do is announce the price change as products become available. I got this impression when the Mint announced lowering the regular price of next years commemorative at a small discount. So I'm thinking the Mint won't have that last puck available for very long and people won't be able to get it for a discount. But we'll see.
I'm getting this regardless, ten-fifteen bucks isn't going to break the bank and its the very last one of the year. Need to complete this years family.

Just remember angel...any ATB's from larger coin houses(Ampex, MCM, etc...), will be HAPPY to sell you their "seconds"....which is exactly what you'll get...fine, if you don't mind slight imperfections. ALL the best have been gleamed, and, sent in for grading, thus, the "leftover factor"...so, you have to decide a bullion ivestment, where the bullion coins are pretty cheap right now, or, collector collection, of SP versions(or, graded, slabbed versions of bullion issues), where SP70 is THE only way to go, as far as future increase in value, and, in First Strike coins, CLOSED count populations. |

Got my grades back from PCGS today on my Great Sand Dunes SP coins....1 SP70, and 3 SP69's...a bit of a surprise, I always hope for a 50/50 mix, or better. Quality seems down a bit on GSD, as 1 coin, I had to return to the mint, with a struck through error obverse(not big enough to sell as an "error", just looked damaged), so...thinkin..will check pops on these...SP70 First Strikes may end up with a very low final closed count, and, be a sleeper for the year, for down-the-line increases in value.
