I wish I could find lots like that for $20. I would say it's more than worth the investment. Even with some of them that look like slugs and some of the common coins.

Bulgarian auctions :)) For the 100 coins I will see them live befoure buy and I am lucky because the guy is from my town! If I can I will send you lots for that kind of money but I cant for the new rules in Bulgaria. The new rules are that I cant send older coins or anything older than 1700's in other countires and the other stupid rule is that I cant collecting coins older than 1700's if they are without certificate but if they see something rare they will take it from me.

Oh well. I was going to ask if I could purchase some from you. I still see a lot of people from Bulgaria selling on ebay, but I haven't tried any of them yet.

The laws are getting strick everywhere, it's making it very difficult to buy coins from Europe. That's one of the reasons why prices are going up here in the US.

If you can get them for under a $100 for the lot, take it and run. It looks like some good coins in the bunch. If you could only get $4-$5 per coin once cleaned, you would make your money back. I think I see a couple of coins in there I would like in my collection .

We're waiting to here if the US is going to help them by enforcing import restrictions as they have done with Greece and Italy. Bulgarian rules seem to be much more broad and inclusive. I think England has a good solution, It takes the burden off the archaeologist's, which they can't afford to find everything themselves, finds get recorded and things don't go underground. They should do this in the US as well I think. Museums can't handle every little duplication of common coins and objects.
