Hello again my occassinally crotchety friends!

Question please. I got the below tday in change from a tolp plaza. I thought the "P" was notstandigstraight but tited to the right (or is that west? sigh. dumb cin words). Anyhoo, isee that there are others with the tilt so I am assumingit is within tolerance. the other pic I have the mint mark is straight but fuggedabout the tilty P.

Can someone please tell me what that scar ison the obverse? (obverse is the front, right)

First, straight P:

The "scar" is probably a bit of lamination.
Coin is basically worth melt, the lamination error doesn't add anything.
