Canadian Loonie Blank(With Only Date) On One Side

Hey Evereybody!
Just wondering about this coin I found in my change the other day.
It's a Loonie but its silver, not gold and it has the Queen on one side but on the other side it has only 'Canada' at the top and 'Dollar 2008' at the bottom with the middle left blank. The edges are indented and shaped too.
So if anyone knows what is up with this loonie I'd really appreciate the info!

Oops. Never mind. I was all excited about nothing, It's an NHL dollar with the paint missing.

Ohhh I wish! Atleast I would have got something delicious out of it! you know what I couldn't even buy a pop cause the cashier looked at it and told me it was a retarded quarter LOL darn it not even worth a dollar anymore hahaha
