In order of appearance: 1.) All refunds are by check only & not by paypal. Wis. state requires that we must have a paper trail. (Really?) 2.) We are sorry that shipping fees are not refundable, just like sending things back to Seats. (Seats? Is that a place that specializes in chairs?) 3.) Please Try & read B 4 Bidding! (She neglected to add "You dummies". Also, she should "Try & read B 4 listing!") 4.) After the sale you will be sent a E-mail from us with the TOTAL DUE , If you send payment befor we send you a invoice it will be returned with the correct amount due us. (Sheesh!
