This item number is a set of HGE coins.
Read the listing carefully it states
"1/10 OZ 24K HGE 999 GOLD"
And
" THESE COINS ARE NOT SOLID GOLD THEY CONTAIN A BASE METAL AND GOLD."
So What is HGE?
Heavy Gold Electroplate is a very thin layer of gold placed on the surface of a coin or object by means of electroplating. Often gives the appearance of solid gold. Often amounting to much less than 1% gold on the total object. Sometimes abbreviated as HGE. Buyer warning: Although a typical electroplated item may have an inscription like 24 Kt GOLD HGE, it means that only the thin layer on the outside of the object is 24 Kt gold. Some sellers intend for the buyer to think they are buying solid gold, when they are not.
No numismatic coin value what so ever: they are not made in Australia and have no currency legal tender. Cheap copy or knock off of similar types of coins.
A novelty item at best, not a real coin investment.
