AU. May have been wipped since it looks like there are some parallel hairlines running across the coin.

Interesting coin. Looks like an AU example that has some haze (smoke damage?) which, on the obverse, was wiped with a cloth leaving some fine parallel lines.

I would say this is an AU details coin net grade perhaps EF-45

One worry - harshly cleaned coined are sometimes "smoked" (treated with fine smoke particles) to try to mask the damage.

I weigh in at XF/AU due to the apparent 'environmental' damage. The coin may have been cleaned with acetone. Though the frostiness may be original from worn and rusty dies.
Rest in Peace

This coin is really close to unc details if not all the way there in my opinion, look at the top of the eagle's wing. There should be a lot more flattening on an XF-45 or AU-50 coin.
