This coins is from one of the rolls that I got of 1992-D.

on the obverse.
under the Lincolns chin you will notice 4 lines. these are on every single coin I have looked at in this roll.

on his hair and body there are marks not sure what caused it if its PMD or not since once again all the coins look this way

On the reverse this coin has a very weird mark on it. looks light a bird. not sure if the pictures show it or not. its below the what actually looks like a mark on the back of the cent but is actually something else not sure if its a gas bubble or not because its coming up instead of dented into the coin. and above the C.

and the split plating I was not sure how it would hurt the grade since the one that PGCS pictures has the split plating.

Actually most of the marks on this coin are marks coming out of the coin not indented into it.
not sure the right term.

share your wisdom.

Thanks

Oh, the flatness you see around the forehead, hair and the bottom of the bust are due to strike. Those are the high points of the design and if the coin is not struck with the proper pressure those areas come out "flat".

I'd say MS63/64. Strike usually isn't taken into account too much in terms of grading, except for terms such as FBL (Full Bell Lines) on Franklin halves and FH (Full Head) on SLQs for example.
