I was curious if anyone here, besides me,collects the collector coins, any denomination.I'm still collecting circulated coins as well, but I've been adding alot of collector quarters, and dollars to my collection.I've got my eye on some 50 cent ones now,of "Canada's best friends",a 1997 4 coin set of a Newfoundland,Retriever,Labrador, and Eskimo dog.Part of the nature series. :) sn31.

Okay, I got into this like in August. But so far, I have the 2003, 2005, 2006 Canada Day quarters, 1974 Winnipeg silver dollar, 1977 Julibee Silver dollar, 1984 Toronto Silver dollar, 2001 Festivals of Canada Quebec Carnival Silver 50 cents, the 2006 Wolf dollar, the Desjardins dime, so not too bad. Haha!

I don't actively collect these, but have received some as gifts.
Many of them are very nice.
I especially like the Wolf Dollar.

Canadian commemorative coins are among the most beautiful coins in the world. I especially love the Sterling Silver Notre-Dame Cathedral/Basilica Hologram coin! It is incredibly beautiful.

Just got into Canadian coins, especially the maple leafs. Got six so far and expecting many more in the future. Love the privy issues but they are harder to find.
