Hi Folks
Came across this at a antique mall. It was in with a bunch of other coins/commemoratives. My question is I know it is German but is it a coin or commemorative and can someone id it. The reason I ask is that their are letters around the rim of the coin. Thanks for any info.

Thanks. Most were in really bad shape got this one and a Booker T Washington commemorative that was in pretty decent shape
