Hi there everyone. I have a question regarding a coin that I purchased from an ebay seller in which the coin was overgraded by NNC but still a nice coin for what I paid for it. Anyways, while looking at it, I noticed an error on the date and didn't notice it on the Lincoln Cent resource or coppercoins. Any help on the grade and the error would be much appreciated. Thank you.

PS: The obverse and reverse may show scratches but they are from the slab and not the coin.

Never heard of NNC, it's probably a basement slabber. It's not an error but a die chip and is very common and adds no value.

Thanks for your reply John1 and pman860507. I referred to it as NNC but it is the National Numismatic Certification that I am talking about. It was graded as a MS-68 red so you are probably closer to the real grade pman860507. Thank you both for your replies.
Rest in Peace

Lotsa grading discrepencies among the big 4 TPGs . Absolute overgrading with the rest of them.
