All information about the "prototype" is on the "COA", I don't think anyone could do better than that. The question now is what this is a prototype of? Not many Commonwealth countries issued coins to commemorate Charles and Camilla's wedding (at least that I am aware of) because the general feeling about it was like this:

The only wedding coins that I'm familiar with were from the Falklands (without a picture of the couple), and Cook Isl. and Sierra Leone, with a more age appropriate image of Charles (on your "prototype" it's almost lifted from the 1981 image of his wedding to Diana). I do not believe any of above were executed at The Royal Mint (please someone correct me if I'm wrong).
This brings me to the question which has been discussed before, how credible are all those COAs? If I have a printer and a knack for graphic design I can produce a COA for anything.

So, my take on it, it's a prototype of a medal. How popular or valuable is this?- I have no idea (in my search on the net I haven't found anything like this). Personally, as a collector of royal effigies, I would like to have a piece but only if the price is reasonable.

And also bear in mind that the "London Mint" is NOT The Royal Mint, but a private company. You might like to Google them to get a fairer idea of their standing.
