I found one I was thinking of buying but wanted to see some NT cents that either have blue on them or are all blue...

I prefer to call toning either "market acceptable" or "not". You have to be VERY careful with blue toned copper. I've never tried it but I hear MS70 will turn most copper blue. This makes me leary of blue copper, especially when it's bright.

Here's an example of an MS70 cleaned coin:

Here's one I consider market acceptable:

On the right side of the reverse notice the blue color and how different it is from the MS70 treated coin.

Here's a less dramatic blue example:

I have a shield cent that was "naturally toned" by accident, as it was dropped in cat litter and discovered later. It is a very brilliant blue.

Really, it all comes down to if you like it or not. Most toned cents will not grade with any of the TPG's these days so it doesn't much matter. If you like the coin, buy it and enjoy it.
