Looking at a 1952 5 cent piece graded at MS-64 and I don't mind the price but it was graded with a high relief and everything I have for information says that in 1952 they were all pressed with low relief. It was grade by ICCS I am confussed as this coin is round instead of it being 12 sided.Help? ship
