I have two pay-toilet tokens, does that make me a collector? Here's some, maybe I am a collector as I have both the nik-o-lock and the SF.

This oldtimer is not familiar with toilet tokens, but I have had a few "potty" coins over the years. Those are Liberty Seated coins, wherein Lady Liberty was engraved to represent a nude gal atop a throne; this, akin to the Hobo nickel practice. Hey, Westward Arms .... Might you be "pulling our chain?"

Not sure I would want to collect those tokens! I would have to scrub them good and soak them in Lysol or something. You never know where they have been. (just kidding)
I do have a group of various tokens from casinos, transit systems, and other areas. I may expand on the group just because some of them (like the one you mentioned Westwood Arms) would only increase the value if displayed and labeled in a group setting. Like a collage of the same theme token OR just a grouping of many different themed ones.

That sounds so digusting. So do you pay the attendent before or after you're done your business? Weird.

Don't find them disgusting either. Heck, when I travel to the US, I even touch those $1 notes. ;) Have not seen restroom tokens here, but what you sometimes come across, particular at rest areas along the freeways, is facilities where you first pay (typically using coins), and then get a voucher that you can use later, for buying foods, magazines, etc. http://www.sanifair.de/sanifair/system/wert-bon/ Ideally the "potty toll" is the same amount as the voucher, but some places charge more than they give ...
