Colombia-1948-2-Centavos-Upright-4-Over-Horizontal-4?

Here's another oddity, this time a Colombian RPD, a 2 centavos piece of 1948. Looks to me like the first 4 was punched horizontally, 90 degrees to the right. Then the 4 was repunched upright. What do you think?
Thanks
Phil

Wow...I have a few 2c and 5c Colomnian repunched dates, but this is the wildest one I've seen.
It sure looks like the base of the 4 repeats at 9:00.

It sure looks like the 4 is repuched at 90 degrees. Very cool.
