Pictures are a bit small but I will guess somewhere around EF/AU.

I'd agree with a strong EF / light AU but a bigger picture would definitively help with the grading.

Jugging by the lack of wear on the hairline above the ear, I would say AU+. I can't tell if there is luster on the coin.

There is some luster on the coin and from looking at this coin under 60x I do not believe it has been cleaned. It does not show the scratches like other coins I have seen that were cleaned.
