It's sad when I see Stereo-1 and Stereo-2 microscope pods for sale on
ebay. They usually don't sell first time around because the seller thinks they have resale value. Here's a Stereo-2 that has been for sale for a while, in fact this is at least the 3rd listing and the price keeps dropping.
Now, I can assure you this is an excellent scope pod to use for variety searching. However, I warn you that you will also need a stand and eyepieces to work with this pod. The stand and eyepieces will cost you a lot more than this pod!
Maybe the sticker residue turns folks off? it's easy to clean off. Maybe the "for parts or not working"? But it's just a part of a setup and they say "needs eyepieces". Seems for $19.95 or best offer this one should sell fast.
If it does not sell by tomorrow night, I plan to buy it myself! I don't need another one but I've been thinking about putting together some coin searching setups and a pod like this may figure prominently...Ray
