China-Charm?

The obverse looks like the emperor's name is Cheng Te but he ruled in the early 1500s. The reverse is a stylized dragon, I guess. The item is only 15.2mm and weighs 1.25 grams. It appears to be struck brass but there is a seam around the middle of the entire edege.
Any ideas?
