Condition of banknotes is always tricky to judge from a scan or photo; you never know what folds creases etc might not be showing up, or whether defects visible are really there or just tricks of the light. This one's sitting in some kind of Hagner-style holder, perhaps flattening and hiding creases, but that being said, this one looks pretty good, EF I would think. The specific date on the note doesn't seem to make any difference to value; banknotes.com is selling them with various dates in EF for $28.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
